These terms govern your use of riskcapitalclub.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Risk Capital Club (“we”, “us”) operates this store. You can reach us through the contact page.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after acceptance if the item is unavailable, if there was a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

All products are made to order. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Products and images

We work to show our caps accurately, but colours can vary between screens and thread colours can vary slightly between production runs. Small differences in stitch placement are a normal feature of embroidery, not a defect.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at scale, or to resell our products as your own. We may suspend access to anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The Risk Capital Club name, the slogans, the artwork, the photography and the site content belong to us and may not be copied, reproduced on merchandise, or used commercially without written permission.

User content

If you send us photos, reviews, comments or tag us publicly, you give us permission to reproduce that content in our own marketing with credit. You keep ownership of it. Tell us at any time if you want it taken down and we will remove it.

Third-party services

The store runs on Shopify and uses third-party providers for payments, production and delivery. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts of the service they provide.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be handled by the courts of New York, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of the state where you live.
