Where we ship

Risk Capital Club currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories served by our carriers. We are not able to accept international orders at this time.

Rates

Standard shipping is $4.44 on orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Every cap is embroidered to order, so there are two stages:

Production: 3–7 business days
Transit: 2–5 business days

Expect delivery 7–12 business days after you order. Orders placed on weekends and US holidays begin production the next business day. Peak periods and carrier delays can extend this; we will tell you if your order is running long.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when your cap ships. If tracking has not moved for more than five business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Wrong or undeliverable addresses

Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once you confirm a corrected address; you may be asked to cover the second shipping charge. If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with your building and neighbours first, then contact us within seven days and we will help.
