When will my cap arrive?
Every cap is embroidered to order. Production takes 3–7 business days, then 2–5 business days in transit — so plan on 7–12 business days from the moment you order. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Is the design printed or embroidered?
Embroidered. Always. The lettering is stitched into the front panel in a single thread colour. Nothing on this site is a print.
What size is it?
One size. It’s a snapback with an adjustable closure, so it fits most adult heads.
How much is shipping?
$4.44 on orders under $70. Free on orders of $70 or more.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the US only.
Can I return it?
Yes — unworn, with the tags on, within 30 days. If something arrives flawed or the stitching isn’t right, tell us and we’ll replace it at no cost. See the refund policy for the details.
Will sold-out slogans come back?
Usually not. Each slogan is a limited run, and when it’s gone we move to the next drop.
